    I guess I’ll be the first one, that’s actually trying speed shred to comment. After a week I like it. Bj isn’t nearly as bad as those meat heads on P90x all the various versions. I like that I can add weight according to my ability. I think the Bj guy is probably just a bit quirky, but he does a great job motivating and encouraging you during the workout. Good job!!! I am excited to see my further results. I’ve lost almost 9 pounds this week. My M.D. wife is very pleased with the diet, and workout results.

      Thank you Rich, I think you are the only review I have found that is judging the workout and not the instructor. I have P90x but Tony gets on my nerves so bad I usually end up turning it off. I have done p90x and lost 30lbs then quit went back to it after a 20lb gain back and lost 10lbs now its annoying to watch the same stuff over and over for an hour or more.

      I’ve been doing the poster workout sample of this in the August Men’s Health. It’s a hell of a challenge, but I’m liking it.

      My question for you: is it possible to do the workouts without the video playing as you do it? I certainly wouldn’t mind having the videos to show me exactly what to do, but I’d be much happier be doing this at a gym, without a video playing.

      I’m getting a butt-kicking workout with the Men’s Health written instructions and timing the 30 sec. intervals myself. But if the whole program really does require working out to the video, then this might not be for me.

    I’m currently on phase 1 week 3 and i think the workouts are great. i’m feeling better than i’ve felt in a long time and definitely feeling stronger and healthier. The workouts are tough but really satisfying. BJ does a great job at keeping you motivated and it’s kind of funny.

    I haven’t lost any weight yet but it’s my own fault since i had that “i worked out so now i can eat whatever i want” mentality. Started the diet today though so we’ll see.

    Overall, i’m extremely happy with it and can’t wait to see the results at the end of the program.

    Strongly recommended!

    These workouts are great, and really working muscle groups that I didn’t even know existed.

    I come from football style workouts with allot of heavy weights, and I can say that not much of that conditioning helps so its providing an excellent challenge.

    Daily energy levels are up, and the diet log is real added bonus.

    I’m worried about what the hell to do after 82 days, but there a few more DVD’s so hopefully I’ll memorize some good routines to take outside for the long term.

    I am about 10 days into the program and love it!! Yes as someone put it BJ is a bit “unique”, but he is funny, motivating and most importantly…helping me get Ripped & SHREDDED like him! :-)

    I am a fan/owner of many of the Beach Body products including P90X, Insanity, Slim In 6, etc. They are great workouts. The thing like about DeltaFit is that the workouts are quicker and very well sequenced, with nonoe lasting more than 40 minutes.

    They are more focused on building muscle, strength, stamina and agility, that will increase your total fitness and metabolism. Even though I am spent when I finish them, I haven’t felt this good after any of my other workouts!

    I would highly recommend them.
